Apple Tree's Providers

As a high quality childcare provider our Teachers are hired and trained to always provide the most comprehensive and supportive care possible and have the knowledge, patience, love and understanding for the age of the children in which they care for.

Although a close family-like relationship may develop between you and the providers at our center, make no mistake that our childcare facility will handle all situations in a professional manner and that it is important for our providers to interact with you the parent/guardian on a daily basis. Maintaining a professional attitude ensures that both the providers and the parents will have clear expectations of each other.

Parents wanting the best for their child can expect the following from our Apple Tree Providers:
  • Friendly and Educated Teachers who show compassion and are caring towards the children and who will help the children develop to the best of their abilities, to challenge them, to encourage them to be more independent and to help and guide them whenever needed.
  • Teachers who welcome an open door policy to the parents / families and that it is always in effect at any time. Parents should feel welcome visiting our childcare program.
  • Teachers who take continued education classes to refresh their teaching skills and learn new techniques to use in their classrooms.
  • Teachers who are ALL certified in First Aid & CPR.
  • Teachers who can Administer Medication.
  • Teachers who have been fingerprinted and had full background check done - so you can feel safe about the people watching and caring for your child.
  • Teachers who talk to parents about their child’s day-giving feedback on development and behavioral changes along with the joys and/or concerns that they may have about your child.
  • Teachers who provide a warm, loving, secure and very stimulating environment for the children that helps to strengthen your child’s developmental needs. This positive approach enhances the children’s ability to “Learn & Grow”.
  • Teachers with a willingness to work with parents on frequent situations such as: potty training, discipline, separation anxieties etc.
  • Teachers who put the children FIRST being “Active Listeners” helping and guiding the children through all of their day to day activities.
  • Teachers who offer stimulating activities that cater to each child's social, emotional, and intellectual needs and helps them develop at their own pace.
  • Teachers who offer a positive and stimulating environment that teaches the children life skills and enhances their self-esteem. Children are encouraged to ask questions, discover new and exciting things and make choices for themselves.
  • Most importantly the teachers let the children be themselves and let them enjoy being a KID!
