Apple Tree's School-Age Day
Before School: 7:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
- Parents sign their children in.
- Parents may choose to bring in breakfast for their child to eat before 8:30 a.m.
- Child can choose any activity before it is time to prepare for the school bus.
- We have your child gather their things and get ready for the school bus.
- We make sure that your child is brought out to the school bus in a timely manner by one of our Teachers.
After School:
3:30-3:45 - We ensure that one of our Teachers meet with the school bus
3:45-4:00 - Afternoon Snack is provided
4:00-4:45 - Outdoor Time (weather permitting) or Apple Tree’s KIDS Play Zone (Indoor play area)
4:45-5:30 - Homework / Arts & Crafts / Computers
5:30-6:00 - Table Activities / Board games / Child’s choice
6:00 - Center is Closed
Full Day Program:
- Extra activities are provided for the school-age child for when public / private school is closed – (school vacations such as holidays, snow days and summer vacation).
- *Special spaces are set aside for the school-age child, provided that the parents have signed their child up for the public school vacations and holidays in advance. Early dismissals - your child will automatically come to the center unless parents notify us otherwise; extra fees will occur since extra hours and/or days will need to be added.
