What is so great with our center is that we DO NOT follow the public school schedules so, we are open while other schools are closed. We even set aside spaces for school-age children.

We have made it very convenient for parents and families at our center to know about questionable weather days. We have a great way for parents to find out if our center will still be opening on normal scheduled times. (And if school is already in session and we need to close early we will call the parents and notify them.)

Just tune into WTNH Channel 8 News and/or NBC 30 Channel 4, look on the bottom portion of the screen for our center's name “Apple Tree of Shelton” for the status of our center, or check their websites.
